TCD1304 Linear CCD - Introduction

In this video I introduce a new series where I will work with a very interesting linear CCD, the TCD1304. This CCD consists of 3648 pixels, 8 um wide each, therefore the full sensitive area is 29.1 mm wide. The CCD is driven by an STM32F401CCU6 microcontroller. It is more powerful than the STM32F103C8T6 "blue pill", it is cheaper and also more available. In this video I just demonstrate that I made a working circuit, designed a PCB for it and that I am able to drive the CCD and read its output with an oscilloscope.
