Let's discuss about Peltier coolers #7 - "Enhanced" water cooler

In this video I am testing one of the viewer's idea. The proposal was the following: add a Peltier cooler to the water cooling circuit, to help decreasing the temperature of the water before enters the hot side of the other Peltier that we are trying to cool with the water cooling system. I already told it in the comments that this will not work, but I also wanted to show it. I also show you how to spot fake Peltier coolers.
