In this video, I want to extend the discussion of the previous video where I already started to talk about the cooling of the hot side. Here, I will go into more details about how we can utilize the evaporation of water as an assisting process in further decreasing the hot side temperature. There are several things to consider when it comes to evaporation: 1; The temperature of the liquid 2; The surface area of the liquid 3; The humidity of the surrounding environment 4; The airflow in the surrounding environment These things have the most impact on evaporation.
