Schmid factor and resolved shear stress for FCC slip system

In this video I demonstrate how to calculate the resolved shear stress if we know the slip system (slip plane + slip direction) and the tensile stress and its magnitude. The calculation is done for a FCC slip system, but the same method can be used for BCC or other systems as well.
