Electron Microscopy - Lecture 1 - General introduction

Since I work a lot with scanning electron microscope (SEM), I decided to create a series of lectures about the main principles of this device.

You will learn about the structure of the SEM, the different systems of it (electronics, vacuum...etc), the different detectors and of course the physics. I will show a lot of experiments and real analysis using an SEM.
