Building a coil winder [Part 6] - A few improvements

In this video I address a few issues which were discovered by viewers in the previous video and I also show a key element which should make the winding better.

One of the issue was that if there was a fraction layer in the last layer, the feeder kept moving until it reached the end of the bobbin. This was a mistake I made in the coding, so it was an easy fix.

The second issue was more like a request. Now the winding can be optionally set to stop at the end of each layer and wait until a button is pressed. This is a useful feature when you want to manually place a tape over a layer to insulate it from the next layer over it.

The third thing I show in this video is the new feeder nozzle which is a nozzle used in EDM machines. This is a relatively cheap nozzle with ceramic coating in the inside. I hope that this ceramic coating goes more easy on the wire as compared to the brass 3d-printing nozzle, so the enamel coating stays undamaged during the winding process.
