Atomic packing factor

I go through 4 structures and their atomic packing factors. Simple cubic, body centered cubic, face centered cubic and hexagonal close packed structures are discussed. The atomic packing factor is basically the ratio of the volume occupied by the atoms in the unit cell and the volume of the unit cell.
